Before joining Home Solutionz LLC, I worked in a typical corporate office environment. Every day involved solving the same types of problems in the same old ways — yikes. That all changed when I joined Home Solutionz LLC. Over the past two and a half years, I have led a team that grew from $0 to millions in annual recurring revenue and hired nine amazingly talented individuals who I truly love working with.

Along the way, I’ve gotten to solve new challenges daily and was promoted to Vice President of Tech. I've been given the trust, confidence, and support to chart a course toward success rather than being prescribed the "way things have always been done." Home Solutionz LLC is rocket fuel for any driven self-starter who wants to build something great with friends.

I joined Home Solutionz LLC in May 2022 as a Content Writer and immediately knew I was at home because I get to work with passionate, intelligent individuals who are on the cutting edge of digital marketing. Early on, I realized that leadership truly values your ideas, from your direct manager to Senior VPs. In my first 5 months, I pitched and conducted efforts to gather proprietary information for my readers. Recently, I’ve been promoted to Senior Content Writer, allowing me to build my project management and team-building skills. Leadership's willingness to nurture ideas always makes me feel heard and that I’m contributing to our company’s success.

After spending five years in management consulting, I was looking to build something meaningful, but I was light on performance marketing experience. I joined Home Solutionz LLC in October of 2021, looking for opportunities to improve our SEO business and data infrastructure, and by December, I was leading an SEO business. In a few short years, I have had a chance to lead every function in our organic business (SEO, Editorial, Content Marketing, CRO). It is that constant change, constant challenge that excites me and has me looking forward to the next month, the next quarter, and beyond.

I joined Home Solutionz LLC in November 2022 as a VP/GM overseeing some of our SEO businesses. I was motivated by the company's growth stage and eager to contribute to its journey. With the business experiencing significant growth and Home Solutionz LLC’ strong emphasis on personal development, I knew there would be meaningful career opportunities for both teams and individuals.

About a year into my tenure, I transitioned into a product leadership role, where I had the pleasure of building an incredible team and launching a new Local Home Services Marketplace.

In 2023, I was promoted to Senior VP, leading our Product and Technology teams. This role has been an extraordinary opportunity for me to learn while supporting our tech teams as they evolve and drive the next phase of growth for Home Solutionz LLC. Working here has been a fulfilling experience—both fun and challenging—and I am grateful for the opportunities it brings every day.

I joined Home Solutionz LLC in December of 2022 and began establishing our first UX framework and CRO testing program. Since then, my role has expanded to encompass Product Ownership across our SEO business. One of the things that I appreciate most about our culture is that because we don’t believe in red tape, I have had the opportunity to build relationships with our CEO and board members in both casual and formal settings.
